Does first time sign to new google cloud certification portal work (Certmics)?

I received an email today to migrate / complete the first-time sign-in process to the new Google Cloud Certification portal (certmics). Within 5 minutes of receiving the first-time login email I completed the formalities to setup a new password however it was not successful I got a message that link (sent in email) expired although it has a 15 minutes expiry. Has anyone else faced this issue?

Please see the attachment. After receiving the first-time login email within 2 minutes i performed the steps to choose a password however i cannot login thereafter (Note:- There is 15-minute expiration for the first-time login email)
