Doubt Regarding Multiple Submissions of User Enrolment Form with Different Referral Codes

I have a small doubt regarding the enrolment process. I have accidentally submitted the User Enrolment Form twice with two different facilitator referral codes:

• The first time, I picked a code randomly from the reference sheet linked in the form.
• The second time, I used a referral code shared by a YouTuber.

Will this cause any issues in the enrolment or certificate generation process?

Also, when filling the "Generate your Certificate | Google Cloud Arcade Facilitator Program 2025 Cohort 1" form, which referral code should I use — the first one or the second one?

If anyone has faced a similar issue or knows how to fix it, please let me know. I’d really appreciate your help!

Google sends only mail regarding milestone achievements. There is no official certificate (physical/Digital)  for facilitator program participants by Google .
