Eligibility for Prize Counter - Clarification Needed

Dear Google cloud arcade team, @Yugali @carrie 

The Arcade program started on July 22, and I registered on that day. Two days later, I received an email from Google Cloud Arcade confirming that I had successfully enrolled. At that time, I subscribed to the Arcade site. I have since completed 42 points with significant effort and time invested.

When I contacted the Quicklabs team to inquire about receiving the prize counter email, they informed me that I am not eligible for the prize counter because I did not subscribe to the Arcade program before July 17. However, the Arcade program itself started on July 22. Given this, I was unaware that I needed to subscribe before the program began.

I kindly request the Google Arcade team to review this matter. If I am indeed not eligible for the prize counter, please let me know. Otherwise, I will not continue to complete labs as I have invested time and energy into this. I would appreciate understanding whether my efforts have been in vain or if there is a resolution possible.

Prize Counter mail for event starting from July 22, 2024 will be sent out in December only till then you have to earn more and more skill badges. Also you have only 36 Arcade Points only in return of your Skill Badges and you have 6 Completion Badges which are not counted for Arcade Points. So this is not an issue its just that you have misunderstand the rules of Arcade.
