Eligibility for Ultimate Milestone Rewards Without 65 Points

I am not part of the Arcade Facilitator Program. If I complete the 4th (Ultimate Milestone) criteria but don't have 65 points, will I still be eligible to earn the Ultimate Milestone Rewards?

Facilitator program only gives you Bonus Points if you are a part of it otherwise you will not get the bonus points.
If you have completed all the SBs/Trivia/Level badges then you will get the points according to this Arcade points system only.
