Why I am not getting mail regarding new challenges and labs ?

I have registered for same on website as well .

Check spam folder. Everyone had got the mail

I didn't received mail regarding bonus level i asked to qwiklabs support, they said that level 1 is not completed then i shared my public profile link, they agreed on level 1 completion, apologize and asked to try again next time🥲
