Error While Trying to Schedule Exam

I am trying to schedule an exam for cloud certification. After clicking "Access WebAssessor"  following issue occurs but I have provided my details correctly.

My Issue has been resolved through support. Kindly check your required fields if there are no problems then ask for through below link

They just added a remark on their page regarding this, see below. See if you can remove any special characters and do not enter anything beyond the minimum required, e.g. I have no phone number in my profile at all. 

[If you receive an error message when trying to SSO, please check that your profile information is complete: State and Zip are required and your phone number must not contain any special characters. (Ex. "+") We are working to resolve this issue and apologize for the inconvenience.]

I have all the required fields filled without any special character and I have provided my State And Zip Code as well but still I am facing the same issue. I tried once without my phone number as well but no success.
