Error in Cloud Domain Registration

Well, I can see that you're using a free trial account, and something like registering a domain is personal, so it will require you to set up billing -- it's not going to let you register, pay and occupy a domain name using free trial money. So if you're serious about registering a domain for a personal project or something, then set up billing.

I already have another trail account and I can register a domain without problem.

No it doesn't do anything with the trail account. It says as long as there is a Cloud billing exists and linked to the project, I can register a domain. And I also used another trail account to create another domain.

It most be something wrong with GCP itself.

So is billing enabled on this trial account that you're having issues with?

It's not that you can't register a domain with a trial account -- you can, but the account needs to be tied with something concrete that has billing enabled. You can have billing enabled and still be on a trial account. But you can't register a domain on a trial account without billing enabled. Does that make sense?

The Billing is enabled as everything else is fine with other services.

GCP has some ongoing issues with Cloud Domain service and sometimes shits itself. This fact makes more sense to me.

While the issue going I will try other options.

Did you end up fixing this? Currently have billing enabled and actually the domain creation works only on specific projects which is weird. My main goal is to Import a registered domain from Google Domains, however I get a 429 error (gcloud CLI) even though none of my quotas have even nearly been reached. I only have this problem only for specific projects which is odd. Tried comparing the differences between one working project and one non working which there is none. IAM configuration is the same as well as API configurations. Hoping to get an answer soon if you have figured this one out please let me know!
