Even I have followed all the steps I did not get the last mail of arcade

Step 1: Confirm Subscription to the Arcade Program

  • If you are receiving emails from the Arcade Program, you are subscribed.
  • If you are not receiving any Arcade emails, you are likely not subscribed, and unfortunately, the subscription option is no longer available. You may contact the support team to explain your situation and see if they can assist.

Step 2: Verify Email Preferences

  1. Go to your profile settings.

  2. Ensure the following options are enabled:

    • Send me occasional product updates, announcements, and offers.
    • Opt me in for extended time accommodations when applicable.

    These settings are required to receive Arcade-related updates and emails.

Step 3: Check Email Inbox

  1. Look for the email in your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
  2. Search for keywords like “Arcade”.

Step 4: Contact Support (If Needed)

  • If the above steps don’t resolve your issue, reach out to the support team explaining:
    • You didn’t receive the last Arcade email.
    • Confirm that your email preferences are correctly set.

The last arcade insider mail sent to only those who have points 15 and more, I checked your profile you achieved only 13 points so that you are not eligible for rewards.
