Failed Lab Start is Consuming Daily Quota – Request for Fix

I'm encountering this issue daily while trying to start a lab, which failed with the following message:

“Lab failed on Sat, 14 Sep 2024 00:44:35 -0400: Sorry, cannot start Lab. Please contact your trainer or administrator. Any credits or tokens you used to start this lab have been refunded.”

Although the lab failure resulted in a refund of the credits used, it still counted towards my daily quota of 10 labs. The lab failed start 10 times in a row and used up all the quota. As a result, I am unable to proceed with other labs today, despite this one not being completed or properly started.

Could this be addressed? It would be helpful if failed labs didn’t count towards the daily quota limit, as it's currently preventing me from completing my learning path.
