Fake training?

So, I tried to start training on https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/

I was sure that this was the official page, because the link to it leads directly from the page https://cloud.google.com/learn/certificates

But it looks like they are scammers. There are only two options: either they are cheating only users (together with Google), or they are cheating both users and Google.

So, about halfway through the second course, I encountered a buggy lab.
The temporary user for lab did not have permissions on the server, so it was impossible to use Dataproc and finish the lab.
I contacted support and received two answers
1) Everything works for us, we do not see any problems.
2) Just start again.

I remind you that starting work costs 2 credits, and each credit costs a dollar. In total, the user must pay 2 dollars for their mistake.
I asked - can they compensate me for these 2 credits? They told me - no, because everything works for us.

When I started the lab again, I got the same bug again. So I wasted 4 credits because of their mistake!

After that, I thought about it, because such behavior is typical only of scammers. And I started to figure it out. For example, they have a leaderboard

https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/profile/leaderboard

I am currently in first place with 5795 pts
There is a user in front of me with 4435 pts

And for two days no one overtook me. Is this possible in reality?

Again, there are two options.
The first option is that this list is fake, they put each user on the first place, and the previous ones are simply generated using a random number generator.
The second option is that this list is real, but all the previous users reached this buggy lab, after which they dropped out the courses. Support cheated them just like me, taking 2, 4 or even 6 credits from each, after which people just left.

What do I want to find out now?

I want to contact Google directly, the department or person responsible for interaction with cloudskillsboost.google = with the Qwiklabs company.

I need to understand whether this fraud is approved directly by Google or is this a personal initiative of Qwiklabs, no one is checking them.

Can you give me some contacts? Dont advice me to write in Qwiklabs support, I did it and got nothing, now I think they are scammers with Google brand. I want to deprive them of this brand.

UPD here is a weird task from their test. Found the correct answer!

Upd 2: I got the worst answer from support that any support in the world can give: "Everything works for us." Not funny. A company that issues certificates in the field of high technology behaves like an administrator of a rural ISP.
