Forced to wait 2 hours for a 10minutes lab

Hello,

My name its George and im curently studying on Tools of the Trade: Linux and SQL course.

My problem is that im forced to wait 2 hours before i can advance with my course. This is very frustraiting and bad since im prevented from “ hands on ” part of the course. I would like to study on my own terms and time and beeing forced to wait multiple hours its very bad for me because tmr i might not have the same time availability.

Doing the theory and then returning another day to do the labs its not a solution / a good practical thing to do for me.

I already paid for the course, im not on trial days, so this is not a fully acces course even tho its paid in my opinion.

Atleast the for the module 4 of Tools of the Trade: Linux and SQL i have 8 more labs to do and then i wanted to start the next course for the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate also today and this is preventing me from it, in this pace ill be forced to pay another mounthly subscription only becouse of unavailability of the platform and that its a rly bad thing for me.

Maybe tomorrow ill want to finish one or two more courses that may include 20 more labs, what i can do, wait 40h for it?

Most of my available time to study is during weekend and this is totaly stoping me from studying.

If the only solution for this problem is that im forced to wait 2h each time, i would like a complete refound of
