GCP Certificate Not Received

Hi Team,

I have cleared GCP associate certificate on 21st Dec 2022 IST , but have not got certificate yet , it has been more than 20 days now , if this is the case , people will not show intrest in taking GCP certification ,please fix the issue that is happenig , my email id is <PII removed by staff>

I have completed my "Associate Cloud Engineer" exam on 10th July. I have got passed in the examination, It's been 18 days,  but still I didn't received the  certificate , no one is helping me out. I sincerely request you do the needful  and provide my certificate as soon as possible.

 Raised ticket to support team multiple times.

Yeah , even I got my certificate just now, but it was very terrible experience. (125$ ..ufff)

I took and passed Google cloud developer exam on 5th Aug 2023, but have not received the certificate till date, I have raised multiple ticket on https://support.google.com/a/contact/certification but not received any reply, can someone help me.

Same for me as well. I have given GCP Associate Cloud Engineer exam on 6th of July 2023, however, not yet received the certification. I have raised my concerns on https://support.google.com/a/contact/certification. 

I just got the response that there is a bug in the system and it will be resolve soon. However, It is already over 1 month, I am waiting for my certification.

I gave my exam on the 15th of sept and didn’t receive anything til now! I have sent google cloud support countless help request and nothing! What should I do?

I did a recertification for my GCP Cloud Architect, but getting same generic answer from google Support and its almost around 3 weeks.  I have created multiple support ticket but they are replying just to close the duplicates, no proper response and SLA is 7-10 and it is almost double.

Hi ,

I have completed my exam on sep-17-2023 till now I have not received my certificate yet. Always getting generic response from google support ticket they are working to resolve the issue am not sure how long this issue takes to resolve.

very disappointed with the google support.

By seeing the response I am thinking google takes their own sweet time to resolve the issue and don’t care about their users.
