GCP Certificate Not Received

Hi Team,

I have cleared GCP associate certificate on 21st Dec 2022 IST , but have not got certificate yet , it has been more than 20 days now , if this is the case , people will not show intrest in taking GCP certification ,please fix the issue that is happenig , my email id is <PII removed by staff>

It's been almost 10 days now, but not received any certificate yet.

Hi RaghavSehgal, I also gave my PDE test on 28th April 2023. Even after 10 days, didn't receive any mail of final certificate. I already raised the issue with https://support.google.com/a/contact/certification. Have you received any update from them.

I checked accredible. with my another mail id and I got the latest certification there but surprisingly I did not receive any email on the same.

Google uploaded my certificate on accredible on 06-july-2023,

i have given my exam on 30-june-2023. Since there was no email regarding certificate so it took more days to find out from mentioned site.

Hi

Generally it is taken 7 days more or less because of some delay may be some
location concerns but you can raise incidents for that if it is being
delayed to received

Already raised it with GCP certification support but got generic response stating a bug in the system and no ETA for it to be resolved.

Yes, initially received email from Google team regarding delay in sharing
certificates. Laster, received my certificate.

Same issue I also faced. I passed the exam on 19th December 2022. Also I have resigned from that company where from I cleared it. Can I get the certificate in my personal mail id - any idea?

Hey Joshua, I am still awaiting the certificate. Google cloud certification team is not responding to the issues I raised in their portal. Any other idea?

And you mentioned you've done that.

I did get the response from the Google certification support. And surprisingly they had already verified my certification it was on accredible.

I had already created an account in that portal with my registered mail and after seeing your response, I again did check but still my hard luck. I really can't figure out this. Don't know how much time I have to wait for getting my own right.

 Then it means you've tried every avenue. I guess what's left is to wait then. Mine took 12 days to get a response.

It should allow the certification support team to check on your issue. At least that's what happened to me
