GCP Professional Cloud Architect exam results delay

I had cleared (atleast that is what I see on Kryterion) my PCA exams on 14th July, still awaiting the official results on email. I have read this forum and understand that google has not been professional at all and unable to give us the certificate in the promised time.

However, can i get some help from people on how to escalate this? Nowhere i have seen any phone number or email address provided where the issue can be escalated.

Hey, I have given my GCP exam on the same day. I received my certification today. They were facing technical issues so they delayed processing the certificate. I hope you get your certification soon.

I took the professional security engineer exam on 7th July and haven't received the certificate yet.

I raised few support tickets but not getting any response to the tickets, only once I received a response that there are some technical issues going on and there is no ETA.

This is quite pathetic that organisations like Google have no ETA and no proper support when they can deal this easily with AI solutions.
