GEN AI L400 Limited Access

Hi Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I have a small request regarding access to the GENAI L400 course. I currently hold certifications in Cloud Digital Leader, Cloud Associate, and Professional Cloud Architect, along with L300 LAB1 and L300 LAB2 skill badges. Despite these qualifications, I am unable to access the GENAI L400 course.

Given that I am PCA certified, I believe this skill badge should be accessible to me. Learning GEN AI is crucial for recommending effective GEN AI solutions to our clients using Google Cloud.

I appreciate your understanding and assistance in this matter.

Eligible certifications for Gen AI L400 is one from this list:

- Professional Machine Learning Engineer certifications

- Professional Data Engineer certifications

- Professional Cloud Developer certifications

- Then you should be a Google Cloud Partner

Looking for your certification list, you did'n have one of that.
