GET Certified Program - can't load free 9 credits

I am enrolled in GET Certified Program with this email ID and after performing all the given steps in the mail i couldn't able to get 9 credits. I created 2 new Email IDs and performed all the mentioned steps, going to this website after log out https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/catalog?event=Your then adding the given code and then login. but still my 9 credits are not visible

Have you tried contacting the Google Clouds Boost support by clicking the ? in the upper right corner of the dashboard screen? Once the ? is clicked a dropdown list opens where you may select to email or chat with the Google Clouds Boost Support Team.

I do have a question beyond the information already provided in my other reply post.

As I read the support documentation for credits. By any chance are the credits more than six months old? According the support documentation credits expire after 6 months.
