Hi there.

I wanted to inquire if anyone has completed the "Generative AI for Developers Learning Path" If so, I kindly request your guidance on how to get started with the following labs within this learning path, particularly when they incur a cost of 1 credit and require tokens. Is it necessary to subscribe to the 30-day trial before accessing these labs?

Yes sir, if the lab asks for credit, you will have to be subscriber of cloudskillboost. And also you can activate the trial and perform those labs and get your badges. You can also this special offer called Cloud Innovator Plus

Hi there.

I have a few questions regarding the lab on Prompt Design using PaLM from this learning path. Specifically, I'm having some issues with Task 2, particularly steps 4 to 7. I attempted to save each step as a separate prompt, as well as one entire prompt as a continuing task, but I have not been able to receive a score either way.

Could you please provide some guidance on what I might have done incorrectly? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My dear friend, please note I am not enrolled on this path actually, I am more of an Infrastructure and Security guy. However I insist you do the following:

1. Go to the lab page you mentioned Prompt Design Using Palm, note at the top right corner there is a question mark just before the world icon next to your profile picture.

2. Click on that. and you'll see chat support on the drop-down menu. Click that. From there you will be able to chat with an Agent. Ask him with your issue, I believe he will be able to solve your problem. I have attached an Image for your better understanding. Thank You.

Apparently, there is an issue with this lab that they are currently in the process of resolving after having a chat with a live agent. They will provide an update once it is resolved.
