I can provide you a step-by step solution for that:
1) Pls check that you have followed each and every instructions given in the lab carefully.
2) Make sure that the Google Cloud console is logged into the provided Qwiklabs account instead of your personal account
3) If you are running shell scripts, don't do it, at least for this lab. Try to execute the given tasks manually.
4) If the problem still persists, take a screenshot of the error and contact chat support for instant remediation. Describe the problem and show them the screenshot of the issue. If it is actually a technical glitch, they'll start fixing it immediately. You and others may lose access to the lab for some time while the team fixes the problem. As soon as it's all right, they'll let you know.
