Getting error message on Qwiklabs with Google Cloud Cybersecurity training

Hi,

I'm currently going through the Google Cloud Cybersecurity training. I've access to all the modules except module 4 " Detect, Respond, and Recover from Cloud Cybersecurity Attacks". I used to get access in the past (halfway through) but when I logged in again I got the following error message " We're sorry, but something went wrong.". I tried again, then left it for the day. but still the same. what I've also done: in incognito, tried different platforms, google chrome, edge, firefox, and another computer, changed the email address of my Google account, clicked "next" on the last doc of module 3 and "previous"  on the first video of module 5 (both buttons are grayed out), removed all cookies. Of course, I've reached out to Qwicklabs, but there are saying the issue is on my side?????

Does anyone have an idea?
