Gmail is restricted

My Gmail is restricted but I don't know I didn't do anything which is violating google policies currently I am participating in Google Arcade program I am not receiving any mails regarding to it . Can anyone help me out can I update my email and transfer the progress or any solution

Did you notice any messages when you were doing labs, like you are not following rules.

You need to utilize only resources specified as per lab. if you deviate you will receive notifications. 

Ex: when you are creating SQL instance , you need to be careful, in choosing SQL version, and most important if lab specifies , enterprise. you need to choose enterprise only. In some labs,   Enterprise plus - radio button selected by default.
