In Learn to earn cloud Data Challenge I have done 1 skill badge and 3 game badges i.e I have completed first tier but I don't received email regarding swags.. please check and give me email regarding swags.

Unfortunately no. Prizes are available while supplies last. Participants
will be notified of prize eligibility according to the order in which they
complete the challenge, and participants will have a limited time to claim
prizes.

Bro technically you are not eligible, because as I can see, you have done your prerequisite badge during the "tea break" of this program. Maybe that's why they are not considering.
