I have not joined the facilitator's program but I have subscribed on the arcade page so will I still get the goodies or will I have to join the facilitator's program?

yes still there is a chance, complete the november  arcade so you can earn 7 points , if you have time finish 9 skill badges so you will be having 10 points so you can still get standard tire swags or even with 7 points you can get a low point swag

Even I had same question, is it necessary to join/work under a facilitator? I had done rest of the things such as Made profile public, subscribed to arcade, but I have heard from many people that it is necessary to join a facilitator and work under them, is it compulsory?
