If it is in the Spam Folder of your mail in your mail box click as not SPAM then the link should work.

I've received the Prize Counter Prize Redemption Mail but what i see, there is no unique Order Link attached to that mail. A code to Certification Voucher is attached these instead of Unique order URL.

Also you can check I have earned 30 points, but in mail it's showing only 29 points
