Google cloud arcade facilitator program" is subset of Google cloud skill boost Arcade (now it is Jan 25 to Jun 25).

After Google cloud arcade facilitator program completion, you earn bonus points based on track you have completed.

During prize counter (approx. last week of jun 25) 

1. count arcade games/special games/skill badges points  completed under your login  from Jan 25 to 2nd Jun 25 and add bonus points. Now depends on number of points you earned,  claim your swag milestone.

There are no separate swags for Google cloud arcade facilitator program. It is only for Facilitator.
