2 Days I've passed my Cloud Digital Leader (CDL) exam, today I've received my Credly Badge, but there's no any certificate like those mates I've seen on Linkedin in the past months.
Is this normal?

I do not think there now is anything beyond the congratulation messages and the badge on credly.

They used to give it previously but since the addition of Credly they have stopped sending it. Yes, it's the new normal
