Does anybody know what is happening with the Google Cloud Developer Cheatsheet? 😔

I used to use it all the time for architecture diagrams and to stay up to date with the GCP services.

Yes I agree, it had been a very useful tool, the interactive page was quite cool too... Hope they return this feature soon.

Unfortunately, this feature will not be returning. It was discontinued due to many different internal reasons.

Are there any equivalent resources for diagram templates, or any new tools coming soon?I saw another discussion about the Application Design Center. Will it be completely free?
I did not found any information about billing.

Hello,

Please have a look at this discussion in another Google Community forum. It explains about Application Design Center, a new product helping developers to architect infrastructure following recommended practices. The designs you create can be deployed and shared with your colleagues in the same Google Cloud organization. Further, the product provides version management and IaC by generating Terraform configuration files for each deployment.

It is not a replacement of the cheatsheet and the old architecture diagramming tool Per se. However you will find that the new product provides the same functionality and is better integrated with the rest of Google Cloud interfaces and services including Gemini Cloud Assist. For example, you can describe a design using natural language and to have an initial infrastructure generated for you, thus lowering barrier to kick off designing your solution.

Also can you include what information exactly you used? I am asking because the decision about the tool was taken based on usage data. I would like to learn more about your experience. It sounds like using the cheatsheet was the the shortest possible path to find answers for you.
