I am following up on my Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification, which I passed on August 9, 2024. It has been over 15 days, and I have not received any communication or the digital certificate.
Additionally, I am unable to log in to my account at this link. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I have not received any emails. I have contacted support several times with no response.
