Google Cloud Skills Boost

Hi all,
I'm currently studying the GC Cybersecurity, I have been steadily working on my course for the past eight months and had reached approximately halfway through Module 4 out of 5, however today when I logged in, it appears my entire course has been reset, it now shows all modules as uncompleted. I can see the badges I have earned so far on the Cyber journey and all the completed quizzes, labs and activities, and even emailed qwiklabs who are the provider for the Skills boost but no answer as yet. Anyone else here ever had this issue and how long before you get a response.

Google updates learning paths/courses/labs frequently .You have mentioned you have completed half course (previous version), you have definitely gained knowledge. I suggest to start with new version and complete it. 

Completed course badges always shown in your login profile. Go to "View badges" , it's shown on right middle in your login profile. This information also shown in your public profile(if it is enabled under " settings" in your login profile)

Course badges always shown in you skill boost account as long as you have active subscription and your Gmail ID is active . If you unsubscribe Google boost account, all your badges in your skill boost account will be lost.
