In an awful series of event, Google has flagged of some of the Forms created for collecting participants information. It happened once and new form was created which also got flagged after a month. No features such as Sharing or Organise or Preview work and show error of Terms Violation. The request for review is also not working and the pages returns same error.
After repeated interactions with Google Support Centre, they act clueless every time I connect and reiterate that engineering team is working on it. It is a surprise no reason for such flagging is provided and commitments made in chat support also prove false that the forms would be restored in 5 days.
In a mail support I was later asked to share screen recording showing all the form errors, along with form links, form ids and HAR files in inspect element mode. After supplying them, I have not received response or solution and it has been over 40 days that forms are locked.
How to resolve this issue?!
