I recently received notification that the prize counter for the Google Arcade Program is open, and I was excited to redeem some rewards. However, I realized after the fact that items need to be added to the cart and then ordered collectively.
I had redeemed only one item with 10 points before understanding the process correctly. I have 31 points and would like to add more items to my cart for a consolidated order. I've mailed Printo (on Dec 30) but didn't receive any response till now. Is there anyway to solve this issue?
I don't think so. This is a cheap trick from Arcade & Google Cloud not to give swags to the customers.
You cannot add as you have ordered but u can ask the items u need to add on cart they will do it manually
You have described your problem in chat support or where you have received a points email, email there. This will help you and solve your problem
