HOW TO HAVE ACCESS TO GOOGLE PARTNER TRAINING CONTENTS

Dear All,

I am trying to learn GEN AI and be certified as a machine learning engineer. I see that Partners have access to training content and certification vouchers.

How can I have access to partner contents, learn, and be certified? 

I appreciate answers that can help me with as little cost as possible.

Firstly, I am considering you're mentioning about Google Cloud Partners, as this forum is all about Google Cloud. As for learning about PURE GenAI and ML to be an ML engineer, this might not be the place, but if want to use GenAI and other AI/ML stuff with Cloud Computing, then you might be interested here.

Google Cloud Partner program is not meant for individuals, but rather meant for businesses/organizations and their members that have partnered with Google Cloud (GC) to provide services, solutions and expertise related to Google Cloud's products.
You need to be a part of an organization which is a GC Partner, and it is expected you are quite an expert regarding the GC Platform. They receive those perks in order to gain skills related to Google Cloud, so that in return they can provide consultancy services to clients using it.
If you want the access to materials to know about GC, the Google Cloud Skills Boost (GCSB) platform is for you. You may take your time to learn about how it works, and using the GCSB platform generally does not cost much (literally free, but you can spend for more benefits available in subscriptions). This program is specially made for Cloud enthusiasts and students seeking for Google Cloud certification. In order to get certified you might need to check on their certification exams. As for the training to take the exams, the GCSB will help you. Courses and labs available there will give you a hands-on experience, and it is not much different compared to what the GC Partners get to learn.

Hello @Marshal_Rommel Thank you for your reply . I appreciate it.

I think you can help me further or point me in the right direction.

I have a Google PCA certification that would expire sometime in September 2025.  I want to gain more knowledge and be certified in additional Google specialties(Data Engineer,  GENAI, ML). The intention is that I can in turn provide this services as a consultant. 

I know that as a google partner I  can  have access to more Instructor Led Training and other resources that may not be available with Google Cloud skills Boost.

Is there a way that as an individual , I can join my self to a google partner OR , if I have a registered entity, how can I be a Google partner?

Thank you for your appreciation @advantiumx ! Since you have completed at least one certification exam and gained the necessary certification, you can promote yourself as a Google-certified individual, but note that for the official "Google Partner" badge (the one associated with businesses), you may need to work within a registered business context.

As for you having a registered entity, you might need to talk to your seniors if you are an employee, as you need to sign up as a registered entity, and you need to provide necessary information regarding the organization, as well as they might inquire you about your track record. Your company should be working with GC services, that's the main thing. If your company allows it, you can be a Google Partner for Google Cloud (due to the Google PCA certification). It is to be noted that individuals cannot apply directly for GCP status. The partnership is granted to companies or organizations.

A suggestion if you don't mind: You should take a look at the Google Cloud Skills Boost platform if you haven't yet. It does contain a lot of resources for study dedicated to the Google Cloud platform and its associated services and tools. And of course, including hands-on exercises, all at literally no cost (instead you can earn exclusive Google swags for your efforts). The rest depends on your sole discretion.
