Haven't recieved the arcade insider mail yet!

I haven't recieved the arcade mail yet. But have got the mail in November, how can it be possible. I've checked my spam and bin folders too.

If you haven't received your Insider mail then it is possible that you haven't subscribed to Arcade please do it and also ask chat support to add your mail id to their repository.

I have received insider mail in November but not in December any problem with that, I have subscribed to arcade and how to ask for chat support
