[Help Me!!] How to get Credits for Jan Trivia?

I am new to Google Cloud Community and don't know how to get credits. I also didn't have received any emails for free enrollment in January Trivia. 

Could you please guide me on how can I get credits to do January trivia?

(I can't buy credits due to financial constraints).
