Help Regarding Redemption of Arcade Points – Facilitator Program '25 Cohort 1

Hi everyone,

I recently completed the Google Cloud Arcade Facilitator Program 2025 – Cohort 1, and I’ve received an email confirming that Arcade Bonus Points have been credited to my account.

However, I’m a bit confused about the next steps:

• How can I redeem these points from the Prize Counter?
• Is the Prize Counter currently open for redemption?
• Is there a deadline or specific time when it will open if it isn’t open yet?

Any guidance or updates would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You will earn bonus points only from Facilitator Cohort 1.

To get Arcade insider mail and Prize counter mails you need to subscribe to Arcade Chort1 (   from 6th Jan 2025 to 30th June 2025) .

If already subscribed , search for" Arcade Insider" in  "All Mail" as most of the mails ands in Spam/promotions..

If you receive final Arcade Insider mail (9th July 2025) , then you will receive your prize counter mail .

Prize counter mails are expected this week.

✅ Prize Counter Access
The Prize Counter is only available to those who’ve reached at least 20 Arcade Points (any tier from Novice to Legend). Bonus points from the Facilitator Program only count if they help push your total Arcade score into an eligible tier.

🕒 Is Prize Counter Open Yet?
Not yet! As per official updates, Prize Counter emails are expected to roll out by or before July 16, 2025. Keep an eye on your inbox (including Promotions/Spam folders).

📬 Next Steps
Once the email arrives:

• It will contain a direct link to the Prize Counter.

• You’ll see swag options based on your final tier.

• Redemption is one-time only, so make sure your delivery details are correct.

💡 Checklist

• Ensure your Arcade subscription form was filled correctly with the same ID used in Skills Boost.

• In your Skills Boost profile settings, enable both “Insider” and “Prize Counter” emails under “Other”.
