Help with App Engine

I'm trying to connect a custom domain in App Engine for my Google Tag Manager account. 

When I go to app settings and click on the "add a custom domain" i get redirected to this page: https://console.cloud.google.com/,appengine,settings,domains,add

Would appreciate some advice on how I can connect my custom google domain to use with Tag Manager!
