How do you get yellow/orange score menu?

Sometimes when I do arcade games I do not get a score menu on mid top right. Usually if you navigate to the same lab via website you see it. I tried to play with url, but it seems to not be a parameter (at least I could not find it).

Any ideas? Using it is so much easier.
