How to apply for Google Cloud Arcade 2025 and participate

To apply for the Google Cloud Arcade 2025 and participate, follow these steps:

1. Subscribe to the Arcade Website

   • Visit the Google Cloud Arcade Website and subscribe using your Gmail account.
   • Note: The subscription feature is currently unavailable and will return when the 2025 program starts.
   • Once the feature is available, subscribing is crucial. Without it, you won’t receive updates about the Arcade program or be eligible for rewards like swag at the end of the program.

2. Create an Account on Cloud Skills Boost

   • After subscribing, create an account on Cloud Skills Boost using the same Gmail address you used to subscribe.
   • Make your profile public in the settings.
   • Enable these two settings under your account preferences to receive relevant emails:
     • Send me occasional product updates, announcements, and offers.
     • Opt me in for extended time accommodations when applicable.

By completing these steps, you'll be ready to participate when the program starts!

After completing all the steps (subscribing to the Arcade website and setting up your Cloud Skills Boost account), you’ll need to wait until the Arcade 2025 program officially launches.

Once it starts, there will be an option on the Arcade website or through an email invitation to "join the game" — this usually means enrolling in specific challenges, quests, or skill badges that are part of the program.

You'll be able to accept a challenge or join a leaderboard where your progress will be tracked, and completing quests will help you earn points toward rewards like swag.

Right now, after setting everything up, you just have to stay subscribed and watch for the official launch announcement. They'll provide the next steps when it's time to actually join the game!

Thank you so much for clarifying my doubt @ssaranyaa1993 so every month there will be arcade and we have to join is that it? and i've heard that facilitator'25(Cohort 1) registrations are closed is it ok if i start may 2025 skills boost arcade without registering in facilitator'25(Cohort 1) and will i still be able to receive rewards like swag

i hope you can please clarify this too

Yes, there will be monthly Level/Trivia/Base Camp/Certification and Special Editions badges will be there. You have to join these badges and complete them before the deadline some badges are live throughout the month and some are for a week.
The GCAF'25 Cohort 1 registrations are closed in April month and it will be come again in Aug/Sept month if you want to join do let me know. I'll share my WA community link so that you can register in this program in Cohort 2.

Yes, if you do May and June month badges then you are able to redeem the swags of Novice prize tier. Make sure that you have subscribed to Arcade and have collected minimum 20 points in May and June month only.

The new cohort of Arcade 2025 will start after the closing of Prize counter of 2nd cohort of Arcade 2024. Till that time you can go through different posts in community and QnA on Arcade page to get the complete understanding about the program.

subscribe to arcade by filling form. create skill boost account and make public, and enable for receive for updates.

You can start solving  May games immediately, you can also solve June games before prize counter announces in last week of June/first week of July 25 for claiming swags . Min. 20 points required for swags claim. 

Each month Arcade home page will be updated with games 

Base camp, L1,L2,L3, Trivia weekly games can be completed by month end.

In between they will release Special game( 2 points)   with one week validity 

Certificate Zone game will be released around 18 to 21st of every month.

You can do any skill badges available on skill boost, you can start with no credits skill badges .

Register as Innovator so that you receive 35 credits every month.
