How to enter innovator and promotional codes?

Hi friends! I need your help to use an Innovator credit promotion code, but I'm not sure how to apply it or what steps to follow. I would really appreciate clear instructions on how to apply the promo code and the steps I need to take. Thank you so much in advance for your help!

The promo codes can be applied when you pay for credits. It's a small text link that opens form field left of the cc info.

Where did you get the promotional code for Innovators Plus? I see the area to enter one, but would like to know where we can get these.

In the email with the code, there is a link. You click the link and enter the code. If you do that and do not see the credits, log out and log back in. You might have to complete a lab after you log back in, at least that was the case when I joined the program.
