How to find gMemegen application tab and navigate to the Home page?

I'm currently doing an Arcade Quest Named "Cloud SQL for PostgreSQL Database Observability and Tuning" (https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/games/3718/labs/23597) and in the Task 1 I have created the  PostgreSQL instance. But after that its asking to gMemegen application tab which I am unable to find.
