How to use expiring credits for LAB?

Hello,

I find expiring credit in my account dashboad .

When I use the credits for Lab, it was not picking up from this bucket (expiring credits). How do make these credits to be used for my labs?

I reached out to support, no response /guidance.

You cannot do anything. You have to use before expiry date or share credits credits with any gamer/learner during validity period with others (if you are not using them)

I am not sure, whether you read my posting. I want to use my credit before expiring recently. It is not using those credits for my LAB. It is not getting it from expiring credits in few days.

Hi, @Iyerrams.

Unfortunately once your credits expire, they cannot be reused. So please make sure to use them before the expiration date.

@Iyerrams problem is different.

Suppose XYZ profile has 100 credits expiring on 30th July 2025 (credits added on 1st April 2025)

35 credits expiring on 13th of July 2025 ( credits added on 14th of June 2025).

Case1: when he using lab which require credits ( let's take date as 11th July 2025) , credits are deducted from 100 credits not from 35 credits which are expiring earlier.

I have also observed same , when I was doing labs , credits are deducted based on added date to my profile than based on nearby expiry date.

I am referring to above situation . How do we consume expiring credits then? This FIFO approach need to change. I am not sure, who is listening on this .

If we have a food with going bad date, we need to consume the food closer to going bad date not on FIFO basis.
