I am not able to gwt the token in learn to earn level 1 last lab

In this lab i've tried 4 to 5 times but after a lot of effots i am not able to get the token please kindly go through my problem for that i really would be thankful to you .

Open the token in incognito where only the mail id provided by qwiklabs is logged in. If any other mail id or your personal id is logged in then the token won't open

User ID & password are provided for any lab start.

what type of user ID & password should be used to open the token and key???

Make sure that only the temporary mail id provided by qwiklabs is logged in. If any other mail is logged in then the token and key won't open

Did you copied the password correctly. Because if it's showing incorrect password then either the username entered is wrong or else the password is wrong

I gave the correct password and user id but it was showing wrong.

How many times can I try a lab?

You can try for 5 times

After that you have to contact qwiklabs support to reset the attempts and then you can do the labs again

I contacted with Qwiklabs supporters.

They said to clear all the cache of the browser.

But my question is that,

If I clear all the cache from my browse then the rest of the labs (which I completed) ​will be cleared?

No, cache won't affect your progress.
