I can't get the system to validate task 1

I'm trying to complete lab GSP691, and in task 1, there are several things that are incorrect:
- In the New Instance menu, choose the latest version of TensorFlow Enterprise 2.11 under Environment, but you can only choose version 2.16 or 2.17:

and there is another message that appears which I don't know to what extent it can affect this task:

"Vertex AI Workbencj User-Managed notebooks is deprecated"

I've followed all the steps to create the instance, etc., but I can't get it to validate.
What am I doing wrong?

Reinforcement Learning: Qwik Start(GSP691) 

In this you need to create at instance named -  lab-workbench (or as given in your lab -Task#2, Point #6)  in Vertex AI-workbench by selecting instances->create new

You need to just provide instance name, ensure you select region and zone asper lab and click "Create"

After instance is created , Click Open JupyterLab. after opening go down 

Click the Terminal icon 

In terminal prompt, paste below code and press "Enter"

gcloud storage cp -r gs://qwiklabs-gcp-03-5a272e96dbf7-labconfig-bucket/* .

Check Tasks.
