I have not receive any mail for swags even after I have passed all the tasks.

I attended the workshop of Google Study Jam on 24th November, 2021.
I finished all of my task during the workshop as it was told and passed on 24th November itself.
But I haven't receive any completion or confirmation mail after that.

And the facilator told we would receive the mail on 24th but I have not

Can you please help me understand what happened?
