I haven't received my swag package from December-July

it's been a long time more than 8 weeks but I haven't received my swag package, and also I haven't received the tracking email. When I emailed printose and I asked when my swag package would be delivered but they replied "We understand that you may have some concerns or questions regarding the progress of your order, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding. Rest assured, we are fully committed to ensuring that your order is processed and delivered to you on time.Currently, our team is working diligently to fulfill your order. While we strive to provide real-time updates through our tracking system which will be shared in your registered email."

Meanwhile, friends from around my house got swag packages last week.I'm the only one who hasn't.Please help

Long wait times are common. It depends on the package, swag availability, and the number of participants, which is visibly growing. In all previous game editions, I had to wait more than two months to get my swags, so you really should stay patient.
