I'm not receiving any mail from The Arcade although I have subscribed

when I add my email address on the website, but I am not receiving any Mail...

is there anything I can do?

Try checking Spam Folder...

Most of the the Arcade emails go to your spam folder- this is my own experience. Check your spam folder and mark it safe.

I just received the latest "Arcade Insider" e-mail in my Spam Folder in the last hour.
