I need to get my Professional Data Engineer certification back

I passed the Professional Data Engineer exam but entered an inactive email and the certification came on the inactive email.

Since at the time I submitted the certification, the email was inactive I cannot even retrieve it from credential.net . 

Can you tell me if there is any way I can trace my certificate back?  I have the certificate number, however, from this you cannot trace the certification

I have tried emailing google support but they are not responding.

Did you try filling https://support.google.com/a/contact/certification form?

You can mail: google-cloud-certification-support@google.com (unsure whether this email is more anymore as I faced the same issue in 2020 and mailed them and after a week or two I was able to retrieve my cert)

yes, I had filled out the form a week ago but I haven't heard back.
Now I wrote an email to the address you gave me.
