Inquiry About Arcade Prize Counter Opening and Swag Distribution Policy

I wanted to ask when the next Prize Counter will open for the Arcade program. Additionally, could you please clarify whether the swag will be distributed to all participants who meet the eligibility criteria, or if it will be based on a first-come, first-served basis?

Mostly after june prize counter will open and there will be separate process(You will receive an email if you are eligible with clear instructions) for swags. There won't be any first come first server but You need to complete the process before end date(which they provide).

Prize counter will open after season ends, that is in July. If you have subscribed and have been receiving Insider updates, then if eligible (total points you have earned are equal to or more than 20), you will receive an email that will have the link that allows you to submit your details (address, etc) for your respective swag tier.
First-come-first-serve basis depends, it is ideal to be on the look out for the mail of the prize counter opening and adhere to the given deadline of application. So, ig, just make sure you check our your mail and keep up with Arcade announcements, usually done by @Yugali

Prize counter will open in the first week of July, 2025 and before prize counter opening you have to subscribe to Arcade and should have at least 20 points to get the prize counter mail. It is always said that claim your swags as soon as possible as there might be issue of server down and other problems. If you have received mail you will get the swags you just have to claim them if you will not claim them then it will be gone.

Prize counter mails are expected in first week of July 25. you will receive mail (if you are eligible and meet terms and conditions)with  website link, code , last date to claim ,information on how to claim swags . you can also check community posts.

Check in "All mail" as most of mails land in spam/promotions.
