Invalid perk code received to redeem

I passed the cloud architect certification recently.

I recieved the invalid perk code to redeem. Anyone faced the same?

I have had a code voided and a new one issued before.  Not for the same reason you are running into but probably worth a try asking via the support email listed on the website you redeem the codes at.

I had sent the mail to them at

<PII removed by staff>

Unfortunately they are not able to provide any solution, since they don't issue the code. They asked me to contact certification support which i already did twice but didn't receive any response from them.
