Issue creating new environment in cloud composer - #GSP261

I am currently performing -GSP261

I have created the cloud composer environment with below details but the environment initialization is loading for last 50minutes. I am stuck at the first step and could not proceed with the other steps.

Environment details:

Name: highcpu

Location: us-central1

Zone: us-central1-a

Machine type: n1-highcpu-4

Image version: select latest version

Python version: 3

I have tried to refresh the page several times.

after loading for almost an hour the below error appeared:

"CREATE operation on this environment failed 1 minute ago with the following error message:
Failed to create environment, but no error was surfaced. This can be caused by a lack of proper permissions. Check if this environment's service account 198486716593-compute@developer.gserviceaccount.com has the 'roles/composer.worker' role and there is no firewall inhibiting internal communications set. In case, it is a Compute default service account it should have Editor permissions.
