Issue with receiving swag email for Learn to Earn - Help needed

Hi,

I have completed all 5 Challenges by Sep 30, 2021, including Data+.

My registered email ID : Arjun.Kennedy@lntinfotech.com

I have not received any swags email in my mail box. Checked all the spam / Inbox / Trash mails in Outlook.

When I raised a support request , I was told , I would have already received the mail for claiming the swags twice and now the link has been expired. But honestly , I have not received any.

I have tried to reach Qwiklabs multiple times, if I need to change mail ID to gmail ID. But no response for that.

I even contacted Printose, for which they asked to contact the coordinator.

I am now in a very helpless and disappointed situation. As you know, completing the challenges itself takes lot of time and effort. And seeing others asking for prizes tracking is making me very worried.

 

Can anyone from Qwiklabs support help me sort out this and get my swags ? @michel @michael

I am seeing many people getting their tracking emails already. But I have not even received the swags email and at helpless situation here.

That's so sad buddy, but I think they're now out of stock for prizes.

 

Yeah. No problem. I understand , I am the loser in this event. Inspite of completing everything well before time. That's how free events would be. All the best for you.
